Description

Most business owners and managers in organizations around the world desire to be great leaders. They want to be able to effectively lead and motivate their employees to be more productive for their companies. These leaders constantly seek out leadership tools to fill their “managerial” tool pouches. They attend leadership seminars and workshops. Leadership books they have read are overflowing the shelves of their library, and podcasts and audio books are in a queue to be listened to on their commute home.

These dedicated leaders arrive at work each day, hoping to be able to deploy some of the leadership resources they recently learned. They are prepared to lead with a variety of much-needed techniques, tips, and skills they have put together from their learned experiences. They put it all to practice, with a mixture of results ranging from good to bad and even some ugly. Often, they find themselves feeling that something is missing in how they lead.

Are you one of those people looking to hone your leadership skills? Have you tried to lead with a variety of techniques you have learned? Are some working well, some not so well? Do you feel something needs to be added to the great leadership skills you have learned?

Ace of Hearts leadership isn’t a technique, although some techniques are birthed from it. It is a form of leadership that comes from within, sincerely and from the heart with unconditional love. When you add Ace of Hearts leadership to your existing skills, it will complete you as a leader.

About the Author

Bradley Shrader has spent most of his life launching and owning successful companies. He previously served as chief operating officer and member of the board of directors of a publicly traded company.

After noticing that most companies employ uncaring leaders who foster an us-versus-them environment between employees and management, resulting in substandard productivity and lack of success, he spent months interviewing CEOs, managers, and employees of successful companies that had amazing company cultures. He found those companies all had CEOs and leaders who possessed the leadership qualities of what he calls Ace of Hearts leaders.

Bradley is committed to partnering with companies and helping them create real change and explosive growth with the Ace of Hearts leadership courses offered by his company, Training Lion LLC.
